  1. Custom Product: Our barrels are individually handcrafted to meet your unique specifications, making them custom-made for you. As a result, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

  2. Manufacturing Defects: If you receive a barrel with a manufacturing defect or if there was an error on our part during the customization process, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product. We will evaluate the issue, and if deemed valid, we will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.

  3. Inspection upon Delivery: It is essential that you thoroughly inspect the packaging and contents of your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging, please document it and contact us immediately. Claims for damage during shipping must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  4. Limited Warranty: Our custom bolt action barrels come with a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects for a specified period. Please refer to the warranty documentation provided with your order for more detailed information.
